SUBSTANCE: measurement of electrical and magnetic values. The device consists of a multichannel nanobiosensor, each channel of which consists of a nanowire field transistor, current-voltage converter, adder 1, multiplier, adder 2, ADC, DAC, microprocessor and PC. The mechanical tolerance of the parameters of the nanowire field transistor is compensated by changing the gain of the amplifiers and compensating for the constant component of the signal.

EFFECT: reduction of the production requirement for the repeatability of the nanowire detector, which increases the percentage of usable nanowire detectors.
