SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for control of aerosol generation in an aerosol generating system, an aerosol generating system, an electric circuit for an aerosol generating system, and a machine-readable carrier for data storage. The method for control of aerosol generation in the aerosol generating system is described, where the system contains an aerosol generating element, a casing having an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein, through the casing from the air inlet to the air outlet, a flow channel passes, providing an airflow beside the aerosol generating element, when a user performs puffs on the system, and a flow sensor made with the possibility of determination of an airflow in the mentioned flow channel, indicating a puff made by the user. In this case, the method includes following chronological stages, at which: power supplied to the aerosol generating element is increased from power P0 to at least power P1, if the flow sensor has determined that airflow intensity is higher than the first threshold; power supplied to the aerosol generating element is decreased to power P2, which is lower than power P1, if the flow sensor has determined that airflow intensity is lower than the second threshold, which is or which characterizes airflow intensity, which is a set first proportional fraction of the first maximum flow intensity determined with the flow sensor; and power supplied to the aerosol generating element is increased, if the flow sensor has determined that airflow intensity is higher than the third threshold, which is higher than the second threshold, before determination of that airflow intensity is lower than a puff ending threshold, which, in turn, is lower than the second threshold.

EFFECT: possibility of fast delivery of aerosol of required quality, using a system, in response to the following determined puff.
