A method for preparing anatomical preparations of the upper and lower extremities ischemic as a result of thrombogenic complications includes washing the amputated upper and lower extremities in a 0.9 vol.% sodium chloride solution and freezing in a refrigeration unit at a temperature of -15ºС for 24 hours of non-fixed preparations, according to the invention the frozen limb is placed on the working surface of the JET band saw machine model JWBS-10S, after which the limb is fixed with a parallel stop on the machine table and cuts are made in the axial projection with a 5 cm step with a circular saw, and then the cuts are fixed in 10 vol.% formalin solution.

EFFECT: invention provides the development of an amputee preparation method for reliable visualization of the topography of superficial and deep vessels affected by thrombosis on each limb, as well as areas of muscle tissue.
