SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. When a patient is admitted to a hospital, risk factors are determined: the severity of motor disorders, the vascular pool of brain damage, the severity of ischemic stroke according to the NIHSS scale, and intravenous thrombolytic therapy according to the TLT protocol. The gradations of the identified risk factors are established. The prognostic coefficients F1 and F2 are determined according to the stated formulas. If the F1 value is greater than F2, a favorable prognosis for the restoration of motor functions, and if F1 is less than F2, the prognosis is unfavorable.
EFFECT: method provides effective, early and individual prediction of recovery of movement disorders in young and middle-aged patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke by assessing the complex of the most significant risk factors.
