FIELD: gynaecology; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when suturing between the wall of the urethra, vagina and displaced skin-fascial flaps (DCFL) from the posterior thighs when performing plastic surgery of perineal wound defects after extensive surgical interventions, including resection of lower third of the urethra. To fix the wall of the urethra with the skin of DCFL, a continuous intradermal suture is applied at the level of the lamina propria of the urethra mucosa and at the level of the papillary layer of the dermis of the skin of the DCFL, providing comparison of the lamina propria of the urethra mucosa and the papillary dermis, and to fix the wall of the urethra with the vaginal wall, a continuous submucosal layer is applied at the level of the own plates of the mucous membrane of the urethra and vagina with a comparison of the own plates of the mucous membranes with each other.
EFFECT: improvement of early postoperative and long-term results of treatment, reduction of the number of postoperative complications such as divergence of sutures in the anastomotic area, secondary healing of postoperative sutures, dysuric disorders, urethral stenosis, pain, discomfort in the perineum, improvement of the quality of life of patients.
