FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates valve devices, especially to pumps for pumping highly viscous liquids containing mechanical impurities and gas, namely, to drilling, oilfield and borehole rod pumps, and can be used in the oil and gas industry. The disc valve comprises a seat and a poppet installed in the body with an upper guide rod, interacting along the support-sealing surfaces of the seat and plate. The valve in the upper part is provided with a disc with through central and peripheral holes. The plate is spring-loaded relative to the disc to the seat. The support-sealing surface of the plate is made spherical, the radius of which is equal to the distance from the middle of the axis of the central hole to the thrust-sealing surface of the seat.
EFFECT: increased life and tightness of the valve.
