SUBSTANCE: synchronized registration of X-ray and secondary fluorescent radiation in monophoton mode. Sample under study is irradiated with X-ray radiation, followed by registration of fluorescent radiation from the sample in the optical range, while additionally recording X-ray radiation from the sample with a monophoton sensor, determining the coordinates of the arrival of photons and the time of their arrival, and the secondary fluorescent radiation in the optical range from the sample is recorded by a monophoton sensor of the optical range, determining the coordinates of the arrival of photons and the time of their arrival, while registering the delay time between the arrival of the secondary photon of the fluorescent radiation of the optical range relative to the time of arrival of the X-ray photon from the sample by using synchronization pulses.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy and reliability of the study of the sample.
