FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: use for adjustment and calibration of X-ray and optical monophotonic sensors. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that adjustment and calibration stand of X-ray and optical monophoton sensors, having placed inside the housing a photocathode, an assembly of microchannel plates, a system of correcting lenses and a collector, comprises a housing, a radiation source, an electronic measuring unit, a power supply and a control computer for collecting and processing test results, wherein the sensor is placed inside a sealed chamber connected to a vacuum pump and comprising a window for passage of X-ray or optical beams from a radiation source located opposite the window, sensor collector is connected to an electronic unit for processing information coming from the sensor, and the latter is connected to a control computer, which enables to determine the parameters of the detector and control the operation of the power supply and the radiation source.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of accurate adjustment of X-ray and optical monophoton sensors.
