FIELD: instrumentation and signalling equipment.

SUBSTANCE: instrumentation and signalling equipment designed for weighing railway cars, mainly in the process of their movement. Automated rolling stock weighing system comprises strain sensors mounted on rails in the space between sleepers, connected to the first and second controllers, respectively, and a calculator. There are three blocks of random-access memory (RAM), a subtraction block, a block for fixing the beginning and end of the car, a television camera with a built-in controller for reading car numbers, and a counter. At the same time, the block for fixing the beginning and end of the car is connected to the control inputs of the RAM, the television camera, as well as the input of the counter and the calculator, the outputs of the first and second controllers through the first RAM, the outputs of the second and the third RAMs, also connected to the outputs of the first and second controllers, through the subtraction block, and the outputs of the counter and the controller for reading the numbers of the cars of the TV camera are directly connected to the computer, which is also connected to the information and computer system of the railway.

EFFECT: functionality of the rolling stock weighing system is expanded.
