FIELD: medicine; oncology; radiation therapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental oncology and radiation therapy, and can be used for the treatment of Ehrlich's adenocarcinoma by radiation therapy. The synthesized bioglass microparticles "Bioglass 45S5" are injected into the tumor. Then local irradiation of the neoplasm is performed with 6 MeV bremsstrahlung with a total focal dose of 20 Gy.
EFFECT: method expands the arsenal of antitumor therapy methods with high rates of treatment of Ehrlich's adenocarcinoma, allows to obtain a more affordable effective method of tumor treatment.
