SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for therapy of malignant new growths. Heparin-coated iron oxide nanoparticles are administered intravenously. That is followed by magnetic transport of nanoparticles to the tumor area by creating a constant magnetic field in the tumor area for 15 minutes, followed by ionizing radiation.
EFFECT: method provides the maximum required radiation dose during radiation therapy without damaging surrounding healthy tissues due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
