According to the invention, the user's personal device is configured to enable voice control of its operating modes, the first coded voice command is recorded in the memory of the user's personal device, and in an emergency the user's personal device is activated by pronouncing the specified first voice command in the mode of automatic data transmission to the first remote server of the first emergency unit, automatically activating the first user protection action protocol.
