SUBSTANCE: reactor-neutralizer for the activation of carbon material is proposed, consisting of an activation chamber with a neutralization chamber connected from above, in which a cap nozzle with a water level sensor is installed, whereas the trays in the stand in the activation chamber are in the form of rings and are installed with a gap, and have guide tubes, whereas the even ones are located vertically, and the odd ones are tangentially curved, and their height is 2-3 diameters of the gas header.

EFFECT: simplification of the design, an increase in its safety, due to the complete neutralization of metal potassium vapor and no stagnant zones.
