SUBSTANCE: invention relates to syringes for intraocular injection. A multi-lumen syringe for intraocular injection includes a first lumen, a second lumen, one or more needles fluidly connected to the lumen, and a needle sheath located around the one or more needles. Moreover, the needle case includes n actuators based on proximity/contact/pressure on the far edge of the needle case.
EFFECT: moreover, the syringe is configured to switch between at least two configurations: the first configuration, in which at least one of the actuators is not activated, and each tip of one or more needles is located near and fixed relative to the far edge; and a second configuration in which n actuators are actuated and one or more needles can be extended beyond the far edge.
