FIELD: viewing and display of images.
SUBSTANCE: systems for selective viewing and display of images. System comprises an emitting device configured to emit light in a pulsed manner; a selective viewer comprising a variable transparency panel, wherein the system is configured to synchronize the emitting device and the selective viewer so that the states of the emitting device emitting light with a high intensity value and the states of the high transparency selective viewer panel overlap in time. The system also includes a photoelectric conversion means and an energy storage device. The energy storage device comprises at least first and second energy storage components. The system is configured such that one of the first and second power storage components is being charged while the respective other component is supplying power to the radiating device, the system being configured to interchange the first and second power storage components so that the respective power storage component that was previously charged, used to supply power to the radiating device while the corresponding other component was being charged.
EFFECT: invention improves battery charging efficiency and reduces noise.
