FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for measuring and monitoring OBP contains a contact lens having an inner surface and an outer surface, as well as a sensing unit, wherein the said sensing unit is combined with the said contact lens in such a way that it is superimposed on the user's eye to determine at least the first OBP and the second OBP of the said eye when the said contact lens is worn by the said wearer, the said sensor unit being configured to simultaneously or sequentially measure the first and the second OBP readings and transmit those OBP readings to a CPU (central processing unit) such that the said CPU receiving the said measurement is able to determine at least one new biomarker based on a combination of at least these two OBP readings.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will make it possible to accurately measure IOP while simultaneously changing the size of the eye over a long period of time with the possibility of wireless data transmission.
