FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: new binding polypeptides applied in medicine. The invention discloses polypeptides with a modified Fc domain in which point mutations have been introduced to increase its ability to bind to FcRn and FcγRIIIa.
EFFECT: polypeptides containing such a modified Fc domain have a prolonged half-life of serum compared to a binding polypeptide containing a wild-type Fc domain.
