SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the risk of developing purulent-septic complications after radical surgical treatment of gastric cancer. In the preoperative period, a laboratory study of the content of circulating endotheliocytes and von Willebrand factor is carried out. When the content of circulating endotheliocytes in blood plasma exceeds 7.0 per 103 platelets and the concentration of von Willebrand factor in blood plasma is above 120%, an increased risk of postoperative purulent-septic complications is determined.

EFFECT: method allows to determine the increased risk of complications on the basis of a laboratory study in the preoperative period.
