FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for stimulating reparative regeneration in tendopathies in animals. For this purpose, liposuction is performed in the withers area to obtain a fragment of fatty tissue, the lipoaspirate is treated with a 0.075% solution of collagenase for 30 minutes at a temperature of 37°C, cells are filtered and centrifuged. The produced autologous product is injected into the injury area of the animal once subcutaneously in a volume of 1 ml into the defect area at a distance of 5 mm from the injury area on both sides.

EFFECT: provides a possibility to achieve minimum regeneration time due to the activation of the angio- and collagenogenesis processes.
