SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to fasten the attached element to the base with a bolt. The bolt for attaching the attached element to the base contains a rod that determines the direction of fastening, welded to the base, a sealing element designed to seal the contact zone between the bolt rod and the base, and a force-transmitting element designed to transfer the compression forces of the attached element to the base. The force-transmitting element has an abutment surface, which serves to abut the element being attached to it, a pressing surface, which serves to press the sealing element against the base, and a support surface, configured to support the force-transmitting element on the base.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable sealing of the area for fastening the bolt to the base.
