FIELD: steam generator components.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to a cartridge and a method for its manufacturing. The cartridge installed in the steam generator part contains a heating element for heating the aerosol source, the first component and the second component, at least one of which is made of a polymeric material, a connecting part that passes between the first component and the second component, one end of it is attached to the first component and the other end is attached to the second component, and a guide part that extends from the first component and is not attached to the second component. The second component contains a receiving part, with which the guide part is mated, and the other end of the connecting part is attached by welding to the second component in a place remote from the outer edge of the receiving part. A method for manufacturing a cartridge, in which the first component is a cap and the second component is a cylindrical element, includes attaching a heating unit containing a heating element to one end of the cylindrical element and closing an opening at this end of the cylindrical element, filling the inside of the cylindrical element, to to which the heating unit is attached, the aerosol source, and the connection by welding the connecting part to the other end of the cylindrical element filled with the aerosol source. According to the second variant of the cartridge manufacturing method, the guide part is placed in the receiving part and the first component and the second component are positioned relative to each other, and the other end of the connecting part is connected by welding to the second component.

EFFECT: preventing the formation of residual material from the part of the cartridge that forms the steam generator in which positioning is performed.
