FIELD: electronic products for smoking.
SUBSTANCE: in particular, a cartridge is claimed to be installed in a part of a steam generator containing a heating element for heating an aerosol source. In this case, the cartridge contains: the first component and the second component, at least one of which is made of a polymeric material, and a connecting part, one end of which is connected to the first component, and the other end is welded to the second component. Moreover, the second component has a recess and the specified other end of the connecting part is welded to the recess. A method for manufacturing said cartridge is also claimed.
EFFECT: preventing ingress of residual material into the cartridge, which forms the steam generator, during its manufacture.
