SUBSTANCE: syrup for soaking semi-finished biscuit rolls, cakes and pastries is prepared from drinking water, natural bee honey, a composition of mint, oregano, anise and orange juice without pulp. The components are taken in the following ratio in wt.%: drinking water — 41.6; natural bee honey — 20.8; mint — 1.7; oregano — 1.7; anise — 0.8; orange juice — 33.4.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a product with an improved vitamin and mineral composition, improved organoleptic characteristics and suitable for all age groups.
