SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to determine immune reactivity to food allergens. A surface for analysis to characterize an antibody profile and C1q, comprising: a first coating on the surface for analysis containing a first food antigen extracted from a food product during a first process; a second coating on the surface for analysis containing a second food antigen extracted from the said food product in a second process; and a third coating on the surface for analysis comprising a third food antigen extracted from the said food in a third process are proposed. In this case, the second coating is applied to the surface for analysis after the application of the first coating, and the third coating is applied to the surface for analysis after the application of the second coating. Also a method for obtaining the said surface for analysis and an assay kit for characterizing antibody and C1q binding profiles are provided.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved sensitivity and accuracy in determining immune reactivity and response to specific food products.
