SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used for testing the sample obtained from a human. That is ensured by measuring the first signal obtained as a result of binding of the first part of said sample to the bacterial lipopolysaccharide, and measuring the second signal obtained as a result of binding of the second part of said sample to a native antigen selected from at least one of: (a) a gut-related antigen and (b) a blood brain barrier-related antigen. Diagnosis of a disease associated with increased intestinal permeability in a subject is also disclosed, method of diagnosing the disease associated with blood brain barrier permeability in a subject, and a test tablet.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides diagnosing the diseases associated with increased intestinal permeability (whether due to paracellular or transcellular pathways, and whether due to bacterial toxins or some other causes), and/or diseases associated with excessive blood brain barrier permeability, such as: neuroinflammation and/or neuroautoimmunity conditions, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease or peripheral neuropathy and major depression.
