FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: diffuser is designed for extraction of useful components of unbroken fruit-berry raw material insoluble in water. The diffuser head section accommodates the loading bin and the sieve belt for separation of extractive reagent. The body vertical section having a rectangular shape accommodates a device for moving the raw material in the form of endless chains installed on sprockets with buckets secured on them, extractive reagent batcher furnished with a swing crane with a collector for feeding of extractive reagent to the bucket. Installed in body horizontal section is a hauling unit in the form of a spiral with blades that are attached to the spiral at an angle to the horizontal equal to 20-25 deg., on spiral radius at an angle equal to 0.01-12 deg.; the length of each blade equals half the lead of the helix, the width-half the lift of the helix, the spiral and blades are perforated, and a waterlock is connected to the extractive reagent outlet connection.
