FIELD: registration; measurement of the flux of nuclear radiation.
SUBSTANCE: aluminum foil or a polymer film made of a radiation-resistant material is used as a substrate, which is attached from two opposite sides to the substrate holders in such a way that it is a flat surface; the ends of the anode wires are attached to similar anode holders; additionally remote inserts that set the width of the chambers are introduced and placed between the anode holders and holders of the substrates, the upper and lower wedge-shaped inserts are also introduced; the lower wedge-shaped inserts are installed between the base and the lower chamber, the upper wedge-shaped inserts are installed above the upper chamber; wedge-shaped inserts set the angle α of camera tilt from 1° to 5°; anode holders, substrate holders, distance and wedge-shaped inserts are strung on fasteners, which are made with the possibility of adjusting the tension of the substrates and anode wires.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of neutron detection, counting rate, spatial and temporal resolution of thermal and cold neutron detector.
