FIELD: radiation.
SUBSTANCE: radiation sources in both the visible and ultraviolet ranges used in the construction of lamps in these wavelength ranges. An anode is introduced into the field emission source of radiation, located between the cathodoluminofor and the modulator. A transparent conductive coating and a cathodoluminofor are deposited on the inner surface of the bulb up to the anode, which is electrically connected to the transparent conductive coating.
EFFECT: increase in the uniformity of the luminescence of the cathodoluminofor and an increase in the efficiency of the radiation source.
