SUBSTANCE: dolma with shrimp meat, characterized in that it is made from peeled shrimp, boiled rice, butter, drinking water, table salt, ground black pepper and grape leaves in the following ratio of components, kg per 100 kg: boiled rice 18.9; butter 9.4; drinking water 7.5; edible salt 0.9; ground black pepper 1.0; grape leaves 5.7.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of semi-finished products from seafood due to the production of a product with high organoleptic characteristics, low fat content and sufficiently high protein content.
