FIELD: medicine, dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: after extraction of the tooth, a collagen resorbable membrane is applied to the formed blood clot. After that, a cruciform suture is applied by first puncturing the needle from the side of the vestibular surface mesially relative to the oroanthral fistula. The threads are passed over the gums diagonally towards the lingual surface. The second injection of the needle is carried out at a point located on the lingual surface distally relative to the oroantral anastomosis. Then the thread is passed along the lingual surface mesially and the third needle injection is performed. The thread is passed diagonally over the gum in the direction of the vestibular surface and the fourth injection of the needle is carried out at a point located distally relative to the oroantral anastomosis, followed by the thread along the vestibular surface to the point of the first injection, thus forming a cruciform suture. The needle is pricked in the area of the first point, the thread is tied. Additionally, a transverse suture is applied, in which the first injection is carried out on the lingual surface in the middle of the distance between adjacent teeth. The thread is passed over the gums in the direction of the vestibular surface, followed by injection at the middle of the distance between adjacent teeth. The thread is tied.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of excessive traumatization of the gingival mucosa in the area of the tooth socket or oroanthral anastomosis, as well as prevention of possible complications due to the development of a suture technique with a certain sequence of injections and thread direction, which together provide adequate and reliable pressing of the mucous membrane edges to the socket edges, which, accordingly, will lead to the best retention of the formed blood clot and accelerated epithelialization of tissues in the locus of interest.
