FIELD: manufacture of tubular products from a zirconium alloy.
SUBSTANCE: ingot is smelted by repeated vacuum-arc remelting, ingot machining, heating, hot multi-stage forging to obtain a forging blank, which is heat treated and then machined to obtain tubular blanks. Vacuum heat treatment of tubular blanks is carried out, a protective coating is applied to them and heated to a hot pressing temperature, followed by hot pressing, protective coating removal, vacuum heat treatment, multiple cold rolling with intermediate vacuum heat treatments to obtain tubular products. The final vacuum heat treatment of tubular products is carried out with subsequent finishing operations.
EFFECT: enabling high resistance to corrosion and deformation of tubular products.
