FIELD: manufacture of tubular products from a zirconium alloy.
SUBSTANCE: ingot is smelted by repeated vacuum-arc remelting, the ingot is mechanically processed, the ingot is heated, the ingot is hot deformed, and the subsequent mechanical processing is performed to obtain tubular blanks. Heat treatment of tubular blanks is carried out, applying a protective coating on them and heating to a hot pressing temperature, hot pressing, removal of the protective coating, multi-stage cold radial forging, vacuum heat treatment and multiple cold rolling to obtain tubular products. After each cold rolling operation, an intermediate vacuum heat treatment is carried out. The final vacuum heat treatment of resulting tubular products is carried out with subsequent finishing operations.
EFFECT: high resistance to corrosion of tubular products and resistance to deformation.
