FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for screening studies for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. The method includes determination of indicators of biochemical analysis of venous blood, then, using linear discriminant analysis, diagnostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated to assess the probability of colorectal cancer. When comparing the values of the coefficients if F1>F2, a high probability of the presence of colorectal cancer is determined, if F1<F2, the absence of the probability of the presence of colorectal cancer is determined.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to detect malignant neoplasms of the large intestine at an early stage due to a linear discriminant analysis of biochemical parameters of venous blood.
