SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in practical oncogynecology in the treatment of patients with early ovarian cancer to assess possible metastatic lesions of regional (pelvic and para-aortic) lymph nodes. A device for introducing a lymphotropic medicinal product for the purpose of examining sentinel lymph nodes during laparoscopy in patients with early ovarian cancer includes an injection needle on a flexible extension cord with an internal channel for introducing a lymphotropic medicinal product. The injection needle with an extension is located in the lumen of a flexible silicone tube-sheath. The end of the injection needle protrudes from the distal opening of the flexible tube-sheath. Between the extension of the injection needle and the wall of the flexible tube-case there is a space — the outer channel of the device, through which the aspiration of lymphotropic medicinal product streaks is performed with the use of an aspirator connected to the proximal end of the flexible tube-sheath.

EFFECT: possibility of introducing a lymphotropic medicinal product to any point of the small pelvis, as well as preventing the outflow of a lymphotropic medicinal product from the injection site and spreading it over the surface of the peritoneum.
