A method for controlling an integrated traction electric drive for a battery electric wheeled vehicle consists of the fact that the control unit at each moment of time receives the rotational rate of the electric machine, the temperature of the electric machine, the values of currents in the phases of the electric machine and the inverter, the values of the linear voltages at the output of the inverter, the temperature of the power switches of the inverter, the values of currents and voltages at the output of the DC-to-DC power converter, the values of voltages, currents and temperatures of the battery, and according to the data obtained, selects the best efficiency of the entire voltage level system.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the traction electric drive of an electric vehicle.
