FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the organization of telemedicine support for cardiorehabilitation of patients who have undergone acute coronary syndrome. A method is proposed in which, upon admission of a patient to the cardiorehabilitation department, stress testing and questioning are carried out. After that, the patients requiring a telemedicine support program are selected. Further, in the hospital of the cardiorehabilitation department, training sessions are carried out using a system for remote monitoring and analysis of the electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration and motor activity in the patient monitoring mode to assess the skills developed. Before the patient is discharged, a final stress test is performed, according to the results of which a training pulse is selected. Next, a face-to-face consultation is held with a cardiologist at the telemedicine center, during which the patient is examined, the data from the cardiorehabilitation department are evaluated, including the results of stress testing. After that, an individual course of cardiorehabilitation is prescribed, taking into account the parameters of the patient's training pulse, previously determined. Individual patient parameters including load control points are entered into the system of remote monitoring and analysis of ECG, respiration and motor activity. The patient is provided with the equipment including a cardiorecorder unit with a set of disposable electrodes or with a reusable electrode system made in the form of a vest with individual adjustment of the electrode fixation site for training at home in accordance with the established individual course of cardiorehabilitation. ECG signals are analyzed in the process of training by the patient at home in real time using an automatic ECG recording processing system or by a cardiologist. The patient's achievement of load control points in the process of training are monitored and the patient is informed about undesirable reactions to physical activity in real time.
EFFECT: invention provides effective and safe restoration and maintenance of the functions of the cardiovascular system, as well as prevents cardiovascular diseases by monitoring physical training performed by patients who have undergone acute coronary syndrome at home in real time.
