SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biorelevant media of fasted cattle duodenum. The claimed invention is a biorelevant medium of fasted cattle duodenum containing lecithin, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium hydroxide, cattle bile and demineralized water in the following ratio of components per 1 liter of demineralized water: 0.75 μmol of lecithin, 3.9 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 7.7 g of potassium chloride, sodium hydroxide to ensure pH 7.0, 2 g of bovine bile, 1 l of demineralized water.
EFFECT: in vitro simulation of fasted bovine intestinal juice with high fidelity.
