FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of a medicinal product based on antigens of opportunistic microorganisms. A method of obtaining a multicomponent vaccine for immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy of diseases caused by opportunistic microorganisms is described, the said vaccine contains a mixture of antigens isolated from Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus vulgaris, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus strains characterized by the use of modified nutrient media for the cultivation of all microorganisms, by washing the cultures before carrying out the process of neutralization and disintegration with hydrochloric acid hydroxylamine, the use of lactose during freeze-drying of the complex preparation. For growing strains of P. vulgaris, E. coli and S. aureus, a universal liquid nutrient medium of the following composition is used: pancreatic hydrolyzate of casein — 40 g/l; yeast extract — 3 g/l; glucose — 3 g/l; NaH2PO4 — 0.068 g/l; Na2HPO4 — 0.1 g/l; (NH4)2SO4 — 1 g/l; MgSO4 — 0.18 g/l; CH3COONa — 6.6 g/l, for the cultivation of K. pneumoniae a semi-synthetic medium is used including: yeast extract — 3 g/l; glucose — 5 g/l and the following salts: KH2PO4 — 3 g/l; K2HPO4 — 7 g/l; MgSO4 — 0.1 g/l; CH3COONa — 1 g/l.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a multicomponent vaccine from antigens with high specific activity.
