SUBSTANCE: production of non-alcoholic drinks. The method for obtaining a non-alcoholic functional drink includes mixing drinking artesian water with a source of water saturation with silicon, infusing and filtering the resulting solution, while natural silicon stones are used as a source of silicon at the rate of 1.8-2.3 g of silicon per 1 liter of artesian water, infusion carried out within 12-24 hours, and after filtering the resulting solution, magnesium succinate is additionally introduced to the filtrate in the amount of 40-200 mg per 1 liter of filtrate, after which the resulting solution is stirred for 10-15 minutes, then settled for 30-60 minutes and filtered.
EFFECT: obtaining a drink enriched with silicon and containing in its composition magnesium salt of succinic acid, which has an anti-stress, adaptogenic effect on the body.
