FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to production of alcohol-free beverages enriched with micro- and macronutrients. Disclosed is a method for producing a non-alcoholic beverage, involving saturation of drinking artesian water with oxygen by fine bubble aeration through a fabric aerator with a bubble size of 0.5-3 mm and pressure of 10-50 kPa for 1.5-2.5 hours with further enrichment with succinic acid in concentration 30-50 mg/l, after which the obtained drink in the form of enriched water with oxygen content in water of 18-20 mg/l is poured into a glass container.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a non-alcoholic beverage enriched with succinic acid and saturated with oxygen, having anti-stress and adaptogenic effect.
