SUBSTANCE: terminal device is in a dual-connection communication network comprising an LTE link and an NR link, and when the terminal device determines that this terminal device is in power saving mode, and/or when the terminal device determines that the charge of the battery of the terminal device is not more than the first predetermined value, and/or when the terminal device determines that the temperature of the back cover of the terminal device is not less than the second predetermined value, the terminal device disconnects the NR line and uses the LTE line for communication; or when the terminal determines that the terminal is not in power saving mode and/or when the terminal determines that the charge of the terminal is greater than the first predetermined value and/or when the terminal determines that the temperature of the back cover of this terminal is less than the second predetermined value, the terminal recovers the NR link and uses both the NR link and the LTE link for communication.
EFFECT: reduction in the power consumed by the terminal device, while meeting the requirements of the user.
