FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to spinal surgery. Spongy tissue of body, its apophisary plates and contacting with hemivertebra intervertebral discs together with epiphysary plates of adjacent vertebrae to contralateral side surface of spine are ablated through arc base with spoons. Correction and fixation with contractor and spinal fusion are performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ablate all structures of abnormally developed hemivertebra completely without detachment and displacement of dural sac and creates conditions for complete correction of all elements of deformation.
