FIELD: plant cultivation.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to cultivation of plants from tissue cultures during clonal propagation and devices for their adaptation and cultivation. The cassette consists of two parts that have cavities and form a cassette when joined. The first part is made in the form of a rectangular box with slots in the side faces. The second part is made in the form of a rectangular cover with slots in the side faces. When the first and second parts are connected, a cassette is formed, and the slots form holes to raise the shoot of the plant on the one side and to supply moisture, atmospheric oxygen to the roots and drain excess moisture on the opposite side. The method consists in placing plants in a box on a layer of substrate so that the shoot comes out through a slot on one side of the box, filling the remaining volume of the box with substrate after laying the plants, closing the lid and turning the assembled cassette by 90°. In hydroponic adaptation, plants are wrapped with tape at the root collar level and inserted into the slot of the box, the box is closed with a lid, and the resulting cassette with the microplants is placed in the cuvette of the hydroponic unit.

EFFECT: transplantation of microplants for adaptation in the process of clonal propagation.
