FIELD: molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: what is described is a set of synthetic oligonucleotide primers for detecting DNA of the African swine fever virus by isothermal loop amplification, complementary to the p10 gene region of the ASFV.
EFFECT: high specificity of the proposed sequences of oligonucleotide primers, as well as high analytical sensitivity of the LAMP analysis.
