FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for hardening a tillage lancet share includes heat treatment and formation of a hardened layer on the working surfaces of the lancet share, which is performed in the form of a multilayer coating applied in stages. The coating layer adjacent to the working surfaces is selected from the group of self-fluxing powder materials, the subsequent coating layer is selected from the group of powder ceramic materials, and the outer coating layer is selected from the group of nanostructured materials based on titanium carbides and/or nitrides. The process of step-by-step hardening treatment is carried out in the following sequence: a layer of self-fluxing powder material with a thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm is applied to the lower working surface; heat treatment of the lancet share and melting of the applied layer is performed in a single cycle; then a transitional non-melting layer of self-fluxing powder material with a thickness of 0.04-0.06 mm is applied to the upper working part; after that, a layer of powdered ceramic material with a thickness of 0.3-0.4 mm and a layer of nanostructured material with a thickness of 8-12 mcm are successively applied to the lower and upper working parts; each subsequent layer of the hardening coating, starting from the material of the skeleton of the lancet share, is made with increased hardness in relation to the underlying one. Before applying reinforcing layers on the working surfaces of the core and on subsequent layers, their surfaces are activated by creating a developed surface on them.

EFFECT: increased service life of tillage organs, improved quality of tillage, and reduced fuel consumption by tillage equipment.
