FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent-labelled probes for identification and differentiation of DNA of cattle herpes viruses of types 1 and 5.
EFFECT: present invention provides high specificity and analytical sensitivity of oligonucleotide primers, complementary to identical conserved regions of the genome of bovine herpesviruses of types 1 and 5, and fluorescent-labelled probes, as well as considerable reduction of analysis time due to use of PCR method with real-time detection.
