FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of consumer packaging for eggs intended for their storage and transportation in small quantities, mainly in the retail trade of these products. The nest for storing eggs, formed into a three-dimensional structure from a blank, comprises side panels, left and right, as well as a central panel. Cutouts are formed between the side and central panels for placing eggs with the help of crossbars. On one side of the lodgement for storing eggs, a stiffening rib is formed by bonding two side panels between each other. Moreover, the blank is made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard. The crossbars are formed by creasing, or perforation, or katriz. The side panels are interconnected with glue.
EFFECT: creating a lodgement for storing eggs with increased rigidity and assembly stability, which does not fold during use, as well as reducing the laboriousness of assembling the lodgement from a cardboard blank.
