SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of genetic engineering and biotechnology, namely to guide RNAs, ribonucleoprotein complexes of the CRISPR-Cas system containing guide RNAs, and kits containing ribonucleoprotein complexes of the CRISPR-Cas system and specific oligonucleotides for pre-amplification of highly conserved sections of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) genome. The invention makes it possible to effectively detect the RNA of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) after specific amplification of fragments of the genome of this virus.
