FIELD: material grinding.
SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding and mixing various components, used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The disintegrator contains cylindrical body 1 with axial loading device 2 and tangential unloading device 3. In cylindrical body 1, disks 4 and 5 are placed and adapted for counter rotation, with rows of impact elements 6 and 7 rigidly fixed on them, each of which is located between the rows of impact elements of the opposite disk. In the center of the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4, a vertical hollow cylinder 8 is rigidly fixed, the inner diameter of which exceeds the inner diameter of the loading device 2. Radial accelerating blades 9 of rectangular cross section, symmetrically located relative to the center, are rigidly attached to the inner surface of the vertical hollow cylinder 8, to the lower ends 10 of which, located at an angle to the horizon exceeding α, where α is the angle of repose of the material, a conical surface 11 is rigidly attached, the outer diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the loading device 2, between the conical surface 11 and the vertical hollow cylinder 8 on the lower ends 10 of the radial accelerating blades 9 vertical cutouts 12 are made, the upper rectangular edges 13 of which are located above the generatrix of the plane of the conical surface 11, on the upper surface of the lower horizontal disc 5 base 14 is rigidly attached, to which radial fenders 15 are rigidly attached symmetrically located relative to the center, with rectangular cross section and the upper end 16, with a technological gap parallel to the lower end 10 of the radial accelerating blades 9 of the upper horizontal disk 4, on the upper end 16 of the radial fenders 15 vertical rectangular protrusions 17 are made, which through technological gap enter the vertical cutouts 12 of the radial accelerating blades 9, the diameter of the circle of the outer ends of the radial fenders 15 of the lower horizontal disk 5 is equal to the inner diameter of the vertical hollow cylinder 8.
