FIELD: medicine; clinical diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: methods of determining the sign of diabetic fetopathy in the fetus are proposed. A sample of the mother's blood is taken, a sample of the mother's blood is prepared to obtain an analyte, and the content of a marker for the sign of diabetic fetopathy in the fetus is determined in the analyte. The deviation of the concentration of the test marker from the established values determines the syndrome of depression of the central nervous system, cardiomyopathy or hepatomegaly.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions ensures an increase in the accuracy of the analysis when determining the sign of diabetic fetopathy in the fetus, as well as an expansion of the arsenal of existing analysis methods by determining the deviation in the concentration of the test marker in the mother’s blood.
